We’ll be diving into a relaxed blind tasting of four standout sparkling wines, from elegant Champagne to vibrant Prosecco and a couple of beautiful European gems in between. Think of it as a little treat for you and your friends, wrapped up in fairy lights, music, and plenty of sparkle.

We’ll start with a welcoming glass of Prosecco to ease everyone in, followed by a short, easygoing intro to the world of sparkling wine. Then comes the fun part: the blind tasting. No labels, no pressure, just everyone comparing notes, picking favourites, and discovering what they genuinely enjoy.
