The star is frico: golden, crispy, built on Montasio cheese, potato and onion. It’s been around since the 15th century, it’s made fresh to order and it’s built for sharing. We pile it with the good stuff, like San Daniele prosciutto with fresh figs, toasted walnuts and honey.
