Established in 2017, German Kraft aims to revive the Franconian beer-drinking tradition by producing authentic German-style beers brewed and served fresh on-site directly from the brewery. Following the 1516 German Purity Law, the beers are made using only water, malt, hops and yeast, and are unfiltered, unpasteurized and free from additives.
