We are a creative Latin American kitchen, bringing together bold flavours and textures to create unique dishes. Our use of the robata grill adds a distinctive Japanese touch, giving our food an irresistible depth of flavour.

We began with a ceviche bar at Latin American and local summer festivals, before securing our first permanent home at MM in the middle of the pandemic. Since then, we’ve taken our food on the road with pop-ups in pubs, hotels and small markets across the city.
