Mercato Metropolitano in partnership with ETHIKA and THE ITALIAN JOB present the outdoor cinema summer series are counting down ‘The 30 Best Movies Of All Time’.
Every Sunday and Tuesday, we’re bringing you the best movies as voted for by Empire Magazine to our market in Elephant and Castle (The Piazza). Slight twist, we’re only including those under two hours long.
There is no booking fee or entrance ticket and seating is available on a first come first served basis. Show times will be from 7.30pm Sunday and 8pm Tuesday.
Popcorn, snacks, cocktails, mocktails, beer, prosecco and soft drinks will be available throughout the evening, and we suggest you arrive early enough to try some amazing food from one of the 40+ street food traders on site.

How do I book?
There is no booking fee or entrance ticket and seating is available on a first come first served basis. Show times will be from 7:00pm Sunday and 7:30pm Tuesday.
Is it child friendly?
Mercato Metropolitano is a family space and children are always welcome. Please check the ager certificate of the film you wish to watch to decide if its appropriate for your child.
Is it dog friendly?
Mercato Metropolitano is a family space and dogs are always welcome, you just need to ensure they don’t disturb the film for those around you.
What happens if it rains?
If the weather is mixed or just a bit damp the screening will go ahead as planned. In the unlikely event of severe weather the screening may need to be cancelled. In this instance a decision will be made by 4pm of the day of the screening and will be posted on our Instagram page here.
When can I arrive?
MM is open from midday so you can arrive as early as you like.
Is there parking available?
There is no parking on site but we have great transport links to Borough and Elephant & Castle stations, plus local busses stopping right outside.
